Changes and challenges have always stimulated me. I was born in Connecticut, but have lived in Tokyo, Paris, Boston, Chicago, New York, California, Michigan, Germany, Indiana, and now Ohio. Cars and driving have always been my passion. I studied engineering and business, and have worked over three decades in the automotive industry in various leadership roles creating automobiles and improving driving safety. My greatest pleasure has always been helping and leading individuals and teams to accomplish the “impossible”. I’m dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations flourish and succeed.

I grew up with my parents and 3 sisters, surrounded by a large extended family. From a young age, I was fascinated by the interpersonal dynamics of groups.
